Description
1 4-ounce piece salmon fillet, skin removed
Salt and Pepper
1 Toufayan Cucumber Wrap
½ cup tsatsiki sauce*
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Preheat broiler. Place salmon on broiling pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil salmon about 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Spread Toufayan Cucumber Wrap with tsatsiki sauce; top with salmon chunks and red onion slices. Roll wrap. Serves 1.
*To make Tsatsiki Sauce: In small bowl combine 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup finely chopped cucumber, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste; stir until well mixed.
